CANCELLATION POLICY

HD Medical & Aesthetics Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At HD Medical & Aesthetics, we understand that schedules change and unexpected conflicts arise. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult for us to accommodate other patients who need care. To keep things fair and efficient for everyone, we are implementing a Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a

    $50 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

  • If you miss an appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show and a

    $50 fee will be charged.

  • Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other scheduled visits. A $50 fee may apply if we cannot accommodate you the same day.

Exceptions & Considerations

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you experience an extenuating situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review cases on an individual basis.

Our Commitment to You

We value your time and strive to stay on schedule. If we ever need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible, with no penalty to you.
